Abby wanted to the best mother she could be, but the pain caused by Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardio Myopathy at a young age put an imposition on her dreams. At age 27, she was placed in the CCU unit in the hospital for three weeks. Her lungs were filled with fluid and she could not breath or walk. She lost all muscle strength.
